Marian Esiape

Marian Esiape is the founder of 21st Century Legacy Ghana. She has over 15 years’ work experience in Human Resources Management in the West African Sub-region and an Etiquette Survival Instructor. She is responsible for People Management Strategies, Human Resource framework and People Development using relevant Human Resource products. She is passionate about etiquette and mentors young adults especially young women through speaking engagements with Religious and Philanthropic organizations. With a master’s in human resource management from University of Cape Coast, Marian is committed to celebrating, developing and inspiring young adults especially young women to reach their full potential by gaining soft skills and contributing to the world’s success story. She is married with 3 children.

Francesca Alice Enchill Amakye

Francesca Alice Enchill Amakye is the programs director of 21st Century Legacy Ghana, a Cosmetologist and Etiquette Survival Instructor. Alice holds a Diploma from The Morris Masterclass and L’Oréal school of hairdressing, London. She has participated as an instructor in several Cosmetology training sessions and run a world class Salon for over two decades.

Alice has also been involved with Religious and philanthropic organisations as a key care giver to the training, nurturing and development of several young adults particularly young women from all walks of life. She has been an Etiquette instructor since 2011 and has taught at Annchelle International, Saint Peters International and Takoradi International schools. She is happily married and has three handsome young men and a beautiful daughter She Loves the outdoors, listening to music and reading.
